Who we are

What we collect

How we use it

To deliver what you purchased (your saved Battle Map, plan, and progress), to send transactional emails (account access, receipts), to send marketing email you can opt out of at any time, and to improve the service. Interview answers are processed by an AI service (Anthropic) solely to generate your results; AI outputs are reviewed by automated compliance checks before you see them.

Consumer health data

The ANCHOR app is a business and faith coaching tool. It is not a medical, mental health, or therapeutic service, and we do not intentionally collect health information. However, free-text answers you choose to provide could include information about your wellbeing, and our safety system creates a minimal internal record (a category and timestamp only, never the answer text itself) if an interview is stopped to show you crisis or professional-care resources. We treat any such information as sensitive: it is never used for marketing, never shared with our marketing platform, never sold, and is accessible only to Business God's Way LLC's owner. Where required by law (including for Washington residents under the My Health My Data Act), we obtain consent before collecting such data, and you may exercise the rights below with respect to it.

Who we share it with (service providers only)

Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing of interview responses), ClickFunnels (checkout, email, CRM), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We disclose information if legally required.

Your rights

Email us to: access a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account and data, or withdraw consent. We honor deletion requests within 30 days (records we must keep for tax or payment compliance excepted). Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, honored within 10 days.

Retention and security

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and payment purposes. Escalation-related records are retained no longer than 90 days. Data is stored with industry-standard providers using encryption in transit and at rest; access is restricted by row-level security.

Children

This service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date; material changes will be emailed to account holders.
