Terms of Service

For app.anchoredwarrior.com (the "ANCHOR app"), anchoredwarrior.com, and jeffeldercoach.com · Effective July 27, 2026 · Operated by Business God's Way LLC("we," "us"). By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. What the ANCHOR app is, and is not

The app provides a structured, faith-based self-assessment and planning experience for entrepreneurs. Portions of your results are generated with AI assistance and reviewed by automated compliance checks. The app diagnoses patterns, organizes your own answers, and reflects them back to you. It does not and cannot provide spiritual direction, prophecy, or divine guidance; it is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment; and it is not business, legal, or financial advice. Results are a starting point for your own judgment and, if you choose, work with a human coach.

2. Not a crisis service

If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or your local emergency number. The app includes a safety system that may stop an interview and show care resources; this is a referral, not treatment.

3. Your account

One account per person, created at purchase. Keep your login email current; access is via secure sign-in link. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or attempts to misuse the AI system.

4. Purchases and access

Paid features (the Battle Map, First 48 Hours, and Battle Plan Builder with Battle Progress) unlock per purchase and remain available for the life of the service. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds per our Refund Policy. We may improve or modify features; we will not materially remove what you paid for without a remedy.

5. No guarantees of results

Business and personal outcomes depend on factors we do not control, including your own effort and, we would be the first to say, the providence of God. Testimonials reflect individual experiences, not promises. You agree we are not liable for business decisions you make based on the app's outputs.

6. Your content

You own your answers. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to provide the service (including AI processing per the Privacy Policy). We will never publish your information without your separate written consent.

7. Our content

The ANCHOR framework, Three-Force Framework, app content, and materials are our intellectual property (or licensed). Personal, non-commercial use only; no scraping, copying for resale, or building competing products from them.

8. Acceptable use

No attempts to extract, jailbreak, or manipulate the AI system; no abusive, unlawful, or infringing use; no sharing account access.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed and/or shown at next login. Continued use is acceptance.
